Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac MRI Technologist to join a cutting-edge cardiovascular imaging team in Houston, TX. This role performs specialized cardiac MRI procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety in a collaborative clinical setting. Candidates must be proficient in advanced imaging techniques and hold appropriate certifications for MRI and cardiovascular diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cardiac MRI imaging procedures in accordance with physician instructions and protocol
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
Operate MRI equipment and review images for quality and diagnostic accuracy
Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and care teams for optimal diagnostic outcomes
Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to all safety, licensure, and accreditation standards

Required Certifications:

RDMS, RDCS, or CCI certification
CNMT or ARRT certification, plus Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT-GC) registration if applicable
ARRT-MR, ARMRIT, or equivalent MRI credential
CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist – Texas state licensure
BLS (AHA) – Basic Life Support (can be obtained during hiring process)
