Job Overview:

We are seeking a strong clinical leader to serve as the Director of Post Surgical Services & Neuroscience Unit. This position oversees the strategic, clinical, and operational performance of post-surgical and neuroscience care units. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN leader with a strong background in patient care, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of post-surgical and neuroscience units, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, team performance, and unit efficiency.
Manage staffing, training, and development to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital administration to implement evidence-based practices.
Monitor departmental budgets and support resource allocation to meet operational goals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university (BSN preferred).
Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
BLS certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
ACLS certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience in a clinical setting.
