Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Women and Family Center, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff efficiency.
Provide strategic leadership to align departmental goals with organizational mission and values.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for patients, families, and staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical best practices.
Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and hospital leadership on care delivery and resource management.

Required Qualifications:
Current RN Licensure in the state of Iowa or a compact state license permitting practice in Iowa.
BLS certification upon hire.
Iowa Mandatory Reporter – Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates (required upon hire).

Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership experience in women’s health or family-centered care preferred.
Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
