A leading healthcare facility in Mission Hills, CA, is seeking a dedicated Manager of Nursing to oversee the operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab). This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, efficient departmental operations, and the professional development of nursing staff within the Cath Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Cath Lab nursing team.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet departmental goals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in a relevant setting.
