Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MRI Supervisor to lead our Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) department in Berlin, VT. This leadership role is responsible for supervising MRI technologists, ensuring imaging quality, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and optimizing departmental workflows. The ideal candidate will have advanced MRI certification, experience in MRI operations, and a background in supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily MRI operations, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
Supervise and provide mentorship, training, and evaluations for MRI technologists.
Ensure compliance with ACR, hospital policies, and state/federal regulations.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to optimize imaging protocols and workflow efficiency.
Manage MRI equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
Monitor and enforce radiation safety guidelines and MRI best practices.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
Advanced MRI certification.
At least three years of experience in MRI.
Two years of experience as a lead MRI technologist or supervisor.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Participation in ACR accreditation.
Active MRSO (Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer) certification.
