Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead and oversee the ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units in our healthcare facility in Sanford, NC. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and maintaining operational efficiency within the assigned units. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide leadership to nursing staff in ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and patient experience.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource management to maintain efficient operations.
Monitor patient care trends and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
Active RN license in North Carolina.
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Previous managerial experience in a hospital setting.
Recent bedside patient care experience.
