Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join the rehabilitation team at a well-respected facility in North Carolina. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services in both outpatient and acute/inpatient rehab settings, with an emphasis on personalized care and recovery. Candidates must have a solid understanding of therapy interventions for a variety of diagnoses and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
-Deliver therapy in outpatient and inpatient rehab environments, supporting recovery and mobility.
-Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure integrated care delivery.
-Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, safety, and treatment goals.
-Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments, patient progress, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

-Active North Carolina Physical Therapist License.
-Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
-Experience in outpatient therapy and/or inpatient rehab settings with a broad range of diagnoses.
