Job Overview:
A respected healthcare facility in Everett, WA is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for its Acute Medical-Surgical unit. Both day and night shifts are available. This role provides essential bedside care to adult patients with a wide range of acute medical and post-surgical needs, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based care to med-surg patients under physician direction
Assess, plan, and evaluate patient outcomes in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Administer medications and treatments according to hospital protocols
Monitor patient status and respond to changing conditions with clinical judgment
Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Washington State RN license upon hire
BLS certification (AHA) upon hire
ACLS certification (AHA) within 90 days of hire
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

National certification in med-surg or relevant specialty upon hire
