Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join the team at a respected healthcare facility in Mission Viejo, CA. In this full-time, day shift role, you will be responsible for delivering specialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, supporting critical decision-making, and promoting optimal recovery in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care
Document all interventions, assessments, and responses accurately
Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
California Registered Nurse License upon hire
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) upon hire
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
