A respected dialysis facility in South Burlington, VT, is seeking a dedicated Renal Nurse Supervisor to lead and manage clinical operations within the unit. Key Responsibilities:
-Provide clinical and operational leadership for the dialysis nursing team.
-Oversee day-to-day dialysis unit functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a dialysis RN.
