A leading healthcare facility in Spokane, WA is hiring an Entry-Level Respiratory Care Practitioner to join its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This role involves delivering specialized respiratory care to critically ill newborns in a high-acuity environment, supporting both routine and emergency interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to neonates in the NICU under physician direction
Monitor and assess patient responses to respiratory care and adjust as needed
Maintain ventilators and other respiratory support equipment
Collaborate with NICU nurses, neonatologists, and other care team members
Ensure all care provided aligns with safety, compliance, and best practice standards

Required Qualifications:

Completion of education required for certification, license, or registration as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
