Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic hospital setting in Las Vegas, NV. This role requires strong clinical and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and efficient care to women and newborns during labor, delivery, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and clinical staff in the labor and delivery unit
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks
Promote a positive work environment through team leadership, development, and mentorship
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support family-centered care
Monitor patient safety, staff performance, and unit productivity metrics

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required
Nevada RN license (active)
ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications (current)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in labor and delivery
1–2 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare setting
Demonstrated knowledge and skill appropriate to the population served
